Life’s Pathway offers flat-rate pay options for those looking to receive therapeutic support without going through insurance. Fees are automatically charged to cards on file within 24 hours of each therapy session. If you’re unable to afford the standard rate, reduced sliding scale rates and payment plan options may be available for you as well. Life’s Pathway accepts most major insurance plans and will work with you to help you see if your insurance plan will approve regular therapy sessions. Generally, getting approval through insurance is a fast process, and we are able to start working together relatively quickly. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have complete coverage for therapy sessions, or may have complete coverage after meeting a deductible. However, some plans may involve copay amounts up to the full cost of the session if the deductibles are not met. We will work with you to ensure getting accurate of information on what your out-of-pocket costs will be in order to help you make an informed decision on seeking therapeutic services with us. Please Note: At this time, Life’s Pathway is unable to accept HMO insurance plans. For those with HMO insurance plans, please see the “Out-Of-Pocket” rate section.

Life’s Pathway accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. To allow for quick payments and to avoid a client building a large balance, credit card information is required to be uploaded prior the first session with Life’s Pathway, regardless of whether insurance is being used or not.
