We’ll work together to get clear on your goals, figure out what’s holding you back, and explore ways to overcome those obstacles. Using ideas from evidence-backed clinical theories such as reality theory and cognitive behavioral therapy, we’ll focus on identifying practical tools and skills you can use in everyday life to feel more confident and in control.
We also believe in focusing on your strengths—the things that make you you. It’s important to the therapeutic process for client’s to spend tim identify their positive skills and qualities. Even when life feels hard, you already have so much within you to help you grow and heal. Our job is to help you see those strengths and build on them, step by step, so you can create a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and more meaningful.
